About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager/Engineer to join our Engineering team in King of Prussia, PA, supporting civil/geotechnical engineering projects in environmental restoration, land development, and water resources across the Mid-Atlantic. The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering and 25+ years of experience addressing hazardous waste impacts.
Responsibilities:
- Manages federal and municipal environmental projects and regulatory compliance.
- Conducts site assessments, engineering studies, designs, and project execution.
- Leads environmental restoration and remediation projects, ensuring deadlines and team coordination.
- Prepares remedial designs, feasibility studies, reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Develops solutions for solid/hazardous waste management and contaminated-site cleanup.
- Leads and supervises multidisciplinary teams and projects.
- Manages multiple projects while maintaining strong organization and time management.
- Supports business development, proposals, client relationships, and marketing.
- Monitors health & safety and quality assurance requirements.
- Ensures compliance with company procedures, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:
- BS in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 25+ years managing complex engineering projects, including environmental investigation, design, and remediation.
- PE license required; experience with federal clients including EPA, USACE, ANG, and Navy.
- Experience with hazardous waste remediation and PADEP, NJDEP, and NYSDEC requirements.
- Proficiency/management experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Plant 3D, and ArcGIS.
- Experience with green infrastructure, stormwater/wastewater, and sustainable site design.
- Strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, cost estimating, and team leadership skills.
- US Citizen required; valid driver's license.
- 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER + current 8-Hour refresher required; supervisor certification preferred.
- Strong technical writing, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%, mostly locally.
