Summary:

Location: New Jersey

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Establish project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Define project scope, manage resources, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Front Office, Operations, IT, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Risk.
  • Drive issue resolution and manage conflicts to ensure project success.
  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement.
  • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), use cases, workflows, and test scenarios.
  • Analyze complex business processes and recommend solutions.
  • Challenge assumptions and identify underlying business needs.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to ensure requirements are effectively implemented.
  • Review existing processes and recommend efficiency, productivity, and risk-control improvements.
  • Assess operational and staffing impacts of new systems and process changes.
  • Support successful implementation of new systems by aligning business and technology teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience within Banking or Capital Markets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep understanding of project management lifecycle and methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
  • Strong documentation and business analysis experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across business, operations, and technology teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
