Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure/Waste-Water - Richmond

• Lead all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage pump station, water treatment, wastewater treatment, and other infrastructure construction projects.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and risk management.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, inspectors, and government agencies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, including Project Managers, Engineers, and field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Drive project profitability through effective financial management and cost control.
• Coordinate with executive leadership on strategic project planning and resource allocation.
• Manage change orders, contract administration, and project reporting.
• Support business growth initiatives through client engagement and market presence.

• 7+ years of project management experience within construction.
• Strong experience managing mechanical-heavy infrastructure projects.
• Background in pump stations, wastewater treatment plants, water treatment facilities, or similar municipal infrastructure projects preferred.
• Knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and contract management.
• Experience managing projects for public-sector clients is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with agencies such as WMATA, VDOT, municipalities, or utility authorities is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Must be able to commute to project sites throughout the Greater Richmond area.

• • Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience)
