    As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the execution of large-scale technology initiatives across a complex, rapidly evolving environment. You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, serving as the central point of coordination between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and operations groups. Success in this role requires the ability to bring structure to complex initiatives, manage competing priorities, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining alignment across the organization.

    This is a highly technical project delivery role that requires a strong understanding of infrastructure and enterprise technology environments. The ideal candidate can work effectively with engineers, architects, and operational teams, understands technical dependencies and constraints, and can confidently facilitate decisions that keep projects moving forward. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing risk, and balancing short-term priorities with long-term objectives.

    What You Will Do

    • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of infrastructure and enterprise technology projects.
    • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables remain on track.
    • Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, security, and business teams to drive project execution.
    • Facilitate project planning, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
    • Manage third-party vendors, technology partners, and procurement-related activities as needed.
    • Identify project risks and dependencies, proactively driving mitigation and resolution strategies.
    • Coordinate implementation activities and ensure smooth transitions into operational support.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership regarding project progress, priorities, and key decisions.

    What You'll Need

    • 8+ years of project or program management experience supporting technology organizations.
    • Experience delivering infrastructure, platform, enterprise systems, or operational technology projects.
    • Strong understanding of technology environments, including networking, systems, cloud platforms, security, and enterprise applications.
    • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to manage numerous priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
    • Experience working with project management and workflow tools.

    Preferred

    • Experience within financial services, fintech, trading, or other highly available technology environments.
    • Background supporting infrastructure modernization, technology transformation, or operational improvement initiatives.
    • Familiarity with automation and AI-enabled productivity tools.
    • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
