Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project reporting. Partner with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Travel as required to support project delivery across multiple locations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Experience delivering industrial, data center, or PEMB projects. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of construction software such as Procore, CMiC, and Bluebeam preferred. Ambitious, team-oriented, and eager to grow within a high-performing organization.What's on OfferSalary: $100,000-$125,000 + bonus. 10% annual bonus plus company vehicle or $600/month car allowance. 3-5 weeks PTO, HSA benefits, and excellent work-life balance.
