If you're looking for a place where your career can accelerate alongside the business, this is a rare opportunity to join a company on the rise with clear paths for advancement, exciting projects across multiple markets, and exceptional employee benefits.The Senior Project Manager's Responsibilities:Lead large-scale ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality.Manage all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, forecasting, procurement, subcontractor buyout, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client communication.Oversee site development and vertical construction, including grading, underground utilities, foundations, structural concrete, parking garages, and MEP coordination.Coordinate the installation and commissioning of complex building systems, including elevators, life-safety systems, fire alarm, access control, low-voltage technology, and nurse call systems.Partner with owners, architects, engineers, Superintendents, and trade partners to proactively resolve challenges, mitigate risk, and drive successful project outcomes.Foster strong client and subcontractor relationships while leading projects through final turnover, punch list completion, and closeout.The Successful Senior Project Manager:7+ years of construction project management experience overseeing large-scale ground-up commercial, healthcare, senior living, assisted living, memory care, or multifamily developments.Proven track record managing projects from site development and utility work through final turnover, including ownership of budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships.Experienced in coordinating complex building systems, including elevators, elevator shafts, nurse call systems, low-voltage infrastructure, fire alarm, access control, and life-safety systems.Strong expertise in utility construction and MEP coordination, including grading, stormwater management, sanitary sewer, underground utilities, foundations, footers, and structural concrete construction.Results-driven leader with exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex projects, building strong partnerships, and delivering successful outcomes.What's on the Offer for the Senior Project Manager:Highly competitive base salary up to $160KPerformance-based bonus opportunityComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company contributionGenerous paid time off and holiday packageVehicle allowance or vehicle programStable project pipeline and long-term growth potential
