Job TitleSenior Project Manager (Highrise)Job DescriptionManage the full project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery, for highrise construction projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards throughout the project. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise. Lead project meetings, providing clear communication and updates to all stakeholders. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
