    The Opportunity

    Join Hitachi Energy as a Senior Project Manager, supporting our HV Dead Tank, Live Tank, and PASS breaker product portfolio. In this role, you will lead the execution of complex, high‑impact projects that are critical to our customers and the global energy transition. You will work at the center of cross‑functional collaboration, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

    This opportunity offers exposure to advanced energy technologies and major infrastructure projects, with the ability to influence outcomes from contract review through final commercial closure. You will be trusted to manage risks and opportunities, guide stakeholders through change, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers-building strong, transparent relationships along the way.     Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

    How You'll Make an Impact

    • Lead end‑to‑end project execution for assigned breaker projects

    • Coordinate internal stakeholders across engineering, supply chain, finance, and execution

    • Review contracts, terms, and conditions to support project success

    • Prepare and maintain risk and opportunity management plans

    • Track material shipments, site receipts, and key milestones

    • Manage change requests and secure required approvals

    • Oversee project handover, documentation, and commercial closure

    • Act as the primary customer contact and lead regular progress reviews

    Your Background

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project execution, preferably within industrial or energy environments

    • Strong ability to lead, influence, and align diverse stakeholders

    • Demonstrated success delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards

    • Self‑directed approach with strong communication and negotiation skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP and Power BI experience is an advantage

    • PMP certification and knowledge of IEC and IEEE standards are highly preferred
