Description

  • The Senior Project Manager will report to Senior Operations Leadership and be responsible for managing multiple stakeholders while delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
    • Lead all phases of high-rise, hospitality, office, and multifamily construction projects
    • Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
    • Oversee project teams including Project Managers, Engineers, and field leadership
    • Develop and maintain client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships
    • Drive schedule performance and identify solutions to project challenges
    • Lead contract administration, risk management, and change order processes
    • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and operational standards

Profile

For the Senior Project Manager we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Experience leading large-scale high-rise construction projects required
  • Strong background in hospitality, office, and multifamily developments
  • Proven success managing projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Experience overseeing project budgets in excess of $50M+
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Expertise in scheduling, cost management, and contract administration
  • Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar construction technology platforms
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
