Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will report to Senior Operations Leadership and be responsible for managing multiple stakeholders while delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. Lead all phases of high-rise, hospitality, office, and multifamily construction projects. Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Oversee project teams including Project Managers, Engineers, and field leadership. Develop and maintain client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships. Drive schedule performance and identify solutions to project challenges. Lead contract administration, risk management, and change order processes. Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and operational standards.

For the Senior Project Manager we are seeking: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. 10+ years of commercial construction experience. Experience leading large-scale high-rise construction projects required. Strong background in hospitality, office, and multifamily developments. Proven success managing projects from preconstruction through completion. Experience overseeing project budgets in excess of $50M+. Strong leadership and team development skills. Expertise in scheduling, cost management, and contract administration. Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar construction technology platforms. Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
