Project ManagerAccountable for leading and executing operational and administrative project activities. Work effectively with the Superintendent to ensure quality, timeliness, and safety are integrated from project inception to close-out. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows and maintain timelines. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, owners, and subcontractors. Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization. Conduct regular site visits to oversee project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
