Lead High-Profile Healthcare ProjectsLead multiple healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project financials, budgets, forecasting, contracts, and overall project performance. Partner with senior leadership to drive project execution and operational excellence. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and client stakeholders. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple active assignments. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams while serving as a key decision-maker. Participate in estimating, preconstruction planning, and strategic project reviews. Maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients and project partners.
