GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an employee-owned regional commercial builder with a strong presence across Kansas. The company is adding a Senior Project Manager - Healthcare, Education, Commercial to its team in Wichita, KS. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Mixed commercial, healthcare, and education project experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare, education and commercial projects across Kansas
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
• Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs

Requirements

• Mixed commercial, healthcare, and education project experience.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
