Senior Construction Project Manager

Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for project planning, budgeting, subcontractor management, financial oversight, client relations, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Oversee budgets, cost forecasting, cash flow, and profitability.
  • Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to resolve issues.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Review and approve invoices and monthly cost reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Support project teams and assist with estimating and procurement activities.
  • Conduct project performance reviews and business analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor"s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 10+ years of construction project management experience, including projects up to $15M.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction, MEP systems, and project controls.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, change orders, and estimating.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, P6 Scheduler, AutoBid, AutoCAD, and construction management software is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

This position is onsite in Haskell, Texas. Employees will receive a per diem to assist with living expenses. The role involves working in a fast-paced construction office environment and requires the ability to organize and manage documents related to work orders and personnel.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $64.00 - $85.00/hr.
