Lead construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to align project goals. Develop and manage project schedules and budgets effectively. Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all phases of construction. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on milestones and outcomes. Oversee procurement and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors. Mentor and guide project team members to achieve project objectives successfully.
A successful Senior Project Manager should have: Preferred but not required: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of experience managing federal government construction contracts. Proven Commercial General Contractor (GC) experience with responsibility for project financials, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Extensive knowledge of federal construction processes, regulations, contracting requirements, and compliance standards. U.S. Citizenship required.
