Senior Project Manager - Federal Construction

Our client, a federal construction contractor, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead federal government construction projects from its Kansas City, KS office.

Position Overview:

• Office-based in Kansas City, on the Kansas side, with travel to federal job sites as required.
• Visit each assigned project at least once per month.
• Oversee federal construction projects, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and overall project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of construction Project Management experience.
• 5+ years specifically managing federal government construction contracts.
• 5+ years of experience on USACE, Air Force, or DoD construction projects.
• Experience with USACE Resident Management System (RMS).
• PMP certification is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Target base salary of approximately $130K
