Senior Project Manager - Excavation & Utilities

Location: Salt Lake City, UT metro

Position Overview

Our client, an established heavy civil contractor, needs a Senior Project Manager to run excavation and utility projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage excavation and underground utility projects start to finish
• Own budget, schedule, cost reporting and change orders
• Lead superintendents, foremen and project engineers
• Be the main contact for owners, engineers and agencies

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing heavy civil projects, excavation and utilities
• Strong cost control and scheduling skills
• Leadership of field and office teams
• Degree in construction management or engineering preferred

Compensation

• Base salary: $130,000 - $140,000+
• Strong benefits package
• Permanent, long-term role
