Job Description
Key responsibilities include managing multiple environmental construction projects from award through completion, overseeing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication, leading internal teams, ensuring compliance with all project requirements, supporting estimating, proposal development, and business operations, and driving project success while maintaining Renova's reputation for quality and accountability.
Qualifications
Requirements include 5+ years of experience managing heavy civil or environmental construction projects, a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience), PE, PG, or PMP certification a plus, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations, estimating experience a plus, $120,000-$150,000 salary (commensurate with experience), comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and 401(k), Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and a culture of shared ownership.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager (Environmental) should have experience managing environmental construction projects, strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance standards, excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders, proficiency in project management tools and software, ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively, and a background in the property or construction industry is preferred.
