Overview

Owns end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives and M&A integration workstreams, driving alignment across Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, and Product.

Responsibilities

• Leads post-close M&A integration planning and execution (systems, process, org alignment)
• Drives cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Builds and maintains integration playbooks, trackers, and governance cadences
• Partners with functional leaders to resolve cross-team dependencies and remove blockers
• Operates with significant autonomy in ambiguous, fast-changing environments; exercises judgment on priority and escalation
• Reports status, risks, and decisions to Transformation Office leadership and executives
• And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience required
• M&A integration or large-scale cross-functional program experience required
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without direct authority
• Comfortable operating across multiple concurrent workstreams under ambiguity and shifting priorities

Preferred Skills

• Enterprise systems exposure (Salesforce, NetSuite, ERP) a plus
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred

Additional Details

• Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver's License Verification and passport/ID validation.
