The Senior Project Manager will lead the implementation of an Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS), overseeing cross-functional business, technology, and vendor teams through the full project lifecycle. This position is accountable for driving project delivery against scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives while aligning with organizational strategy and stakeholder expectations. The Senior Project Manager will manage risks, coordinate dependencies across multiple vendors and internal teams, and ensure activities such as testing, validation, and governance are executed to support asset lifecycle goals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the project from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business requirements and organizational objectives.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Facilitate collaboration across business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors.
Manage multi-vendor deliverables and coordinate project dependencies.
Lead regular project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Translate technical requirements into business outcomes for executive and non-technical stakeholders.
Manage project risks, resolve issues, and remove obstacles to keep projects on track.
Coordinate quality assurance, testing, and validation activities, including user acceptance testing.
Provide status reporting, dashboards, and project health updates to leadership.
Support asset lifecycle management processes, including planning, maintenance, renewal, and disposal.
Assist in establishing asset data standards, asset hierarchies, and governance models.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience with VUEWorks and integrations with other enterprise systems.
Knowledge of asset lifecycle management processes.
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Work Environment Work is primarily performed in an office setting and involves extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, and computer use. This is a hybrid role with both onsite and remote work expectations.

Additional Details The base range for this contract position is $75 - $85 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
