Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Construction

A well-established commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee healthcare renovation projects in Dublin, Georgia. This opportunity is ideal for a construction professional with extensive experience working in occupied hospitals while maintaining safety, operational continuity, budgets, and schedules.
Please note: This position focuses on renovations within active healthcare facilities. Candidates with primarily ground-up construction experience will not be considered.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of commercial construction project management experience, with a strong focus on healthcare renovations.
- Proven experience managing projects in occupied hospitals or active healthcare facilities.
- Strong knowledge of Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA), containment procedures, and hospital safety protocols.
- Experience coordinating abatement, phased construction, negative air systems, and dust containment.
- Ability to develop logistics plans that minimize disruptions to hospital operations.
- Strong background managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, change orders, and client relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
