Project Managers are trusted leaders who are supported by senior leadership while being empowered to run their work.The Key Responsibilities:Lead $20M+ design-build and complex construction projects from start to finishServe as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and internal teamsOversee project budgeting, cost controls, scheduling, and risk managementLead and mentor project teams, fostering accountability and collaborationProactively identify issues and resolve them before they impact cost or scheduleDrive decision-making while maintaining alignment with company goals and client expectationsEnsure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standardsAs a Senior Project Manager, take full ownership of outcomes while leveraging leadership supportThe Senior Project Manager is expected to operate independently while collaborating closely with executives and peersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
