Job Description

Lead the full lifecycle of industrial and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and overall financial performance. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders. Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, and project documentation to identify potential issues and opportunities. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project correspondence. Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays, conflicts, and schedule risks. Conduct regular project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and project teams. Monitor project costs, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure projects remain within budget. Partner closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. Drive project closeout, punch lists, turnover, and final documentation.

The Successful Applicant

Project Management experience within commercial and industrial construction. Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts, scheduling, and project financials. Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion. Strong subcontractor and vendor management skills. Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with construction project management software such as Procore or similar platforms. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
