• Manage large-scale electrical and mission-critical construction projects
• Take ownership of projects from planning and mobilization through closeout
• Manage budgets, forecasting, schedules, manpower, procurement, and overall project profitability
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field leadership
• Oversee multiple project teams and ensure resources are aligned with construction schedules
• Review project plans, specifications, scope, and contract documents
• Manage client, GC, vendor, and trade partner relationships
• Conduct jobsite visits and resolve project challenges before they impact schedule or budget
• Support client development and identify opportunities for repeat business

• 5+ years of electrical construction Project Management experience
• Strong data center / mission-critical electrical experience
• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale electrical projects
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and manpower planning
• Experience leading Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, Superintendents, and field teams
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred, though equivalent experience is considered
• Ability to manage projects independently and drive results from preconstruction through closeout
