Job Description

Manage large-scale electrical and mission-critical construction projects. Take ownership of projects from planning and mobilization through closeout. Manage budgets, forecasting, schedules, manpower, procurement, and overall project profitability. Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field leadership. Oversee multiple project teams and ensure resources are aligned with construction schedules. Review project plans, specifications, scope, and contract documents. Manage client, GC, vendor, and trade partner relationships. Conduct jobsite visits and resolve project challenges before they impact schedule or budget. Support client development and identify opportunities for repeat business.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of electrical construction Project Management experience. Strong data center / mission-critical electrical experience. Proven experience managing complex, large-scale electrical projects. Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and manpower planning. Experience leading Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, Superintendents, and field teams. Strong client-facing and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred, though equivalent experience is considered. Ability to manage projects independently and drive results from preconstruction through closeout.
