Senior Project Manager - Data Center

An established and growing commercial construction contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to help launch and scale a new Mission Critical/Data Center construction division. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-capitalized builder with a strong reputation, executive visibility, and the ability to shape strategy, operations, and project delivery as the business expands into one of the industry's fastest-growing sectors.

Lead the delivery of Mission Critical and Data Center construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Develop and implement project execution strategies, processes, and best practices for the new division.

Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, risk management, and client relationships.

Support business development efforts and help establish relationships with Data Center owners, developers, and consultants.

Recruit, mentor, and develop future project management personnel as the division grows.

Collaborate with executive leadership on operational planning, staffing, and growth initiatives.

Drive safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance across all assigned projects.

A successful Senior Project Manager - Data Center should have:

10+ years of commercial construction experience.

Significant experience delivering Mission Critical, Data Center, hyperscale, colocation, or other highly technical construction projects.

Proven track record managing projects from preconstruction through turnover.

Experience leading large project teams and mentoring construction professionals.

Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, contract administration, and change management.

Experience working directly with owners, developers, engineers, and design teams.

Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and help build new operational capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

Competitive salary ranging from $187,000 to $215,000.
