A respected Southern California General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex Public Works and DSA construction projects in the Palmdale area.

Our Senior Project Manager will be resonsible for:

• Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and project forecasts
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate with owners, architects, inspectors, consultants, and public agencies
• Lead OAC meetings and client communications
• Ensure compliance with Public Works and DSA requirements
• Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers
