Senior Project Manager - Education & Civic Construction

Job Description

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout on education, civic, and athletic facilities
  • Mentor and support junior Project Managers across multiple project teams
  • Collaborate with clients, design partners, and field leadership throughout project delivery
  • Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project financial performance
  • Support design-build and collaborative project pursuits within the local market

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager - Education & Civic Construction should have:

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Background delivering education, civic, municipal, or athletic facilities projects
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring less-experienced team members
  • Experience managing projects ranging from $1M-$40M preferred
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
