Lead and manage commercial tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure successful execution of project objectives. Maintain direct communication with clients, landlords, architects, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, and risk mitigation plans. Monitor project financial performance, including cost control, change order management, forecasting, and profitability. Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and design documents to ensure alignment with project requirements and objectives. Coordinate with preconstruction, operations, and field teams to support planning, logistics, and project delivery. Lead project meetings, provide executive-level reporting, and drive resolution of technical and operational challenges. Mentor and develop project managers, assistant project managers, and project engineers. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners while staying informed of Manhattan construction market trends and best practices.

• 10+ years of project management experience within commercial tenant improvement (TI) or corporate interiors construction.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex TI projects from preconstruction through closeout in occupied and fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling, logistics, and Manhattan subcontractor and vendor market conditions.
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, cost control, forecasting, change orders, and overall financial performance.
• Ability to review and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
