Senior Project Manager
Our Senior Project Manager will:
- Oversee project management team and manage the day-to day operations
- Ability to make decisions that consider both schedule and budgets
- Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors
- Manage scope review process
- Negotiate change orders
- Manage permit and occupancy with government agencies
- Manage and update budgets
- Conduct regular status meetings with project team
- Deliver projects on time and within company profit targets

The ideal Senior Project Manager will:
- 7-10+ years as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
- Bachelor's Degree (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management is plus)
- Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or high‑end interior project experience strongly preferred
- Proven leadership of project teams, including Superintendents and PM staff
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor buyout
- Experience managing fast‑paced, quality‑driven projects
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong financial and cost-control acumen
- OSHA certification preferred

- Base salary range of $180K-$210K depending on experience
