We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee 2-3 commercial construction projects simultaneously, ranging from $1M to $15M in value. This role is responsible for full life cycle project management from estimator handoff through project completion across New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and Northern Massachusetts.

Description
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, typically valued between $1M and $15M.
- Lead projects through the full project lifecycle from preconstruction handoff to closeout.
- Coordinate project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution activities.
- Communicate with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor project costs, schedules, quality standards, and risk mitigation efforts.
- Oversee contract administration, change orders, project documentation, and reporting.
- Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to manage project information and communication.
- Conduct site visits and support project teams throughout New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and Northern Massachusetts.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and field teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Profile
A Successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- 10+ years of construction management experience.
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects valued up to $15M.
- Strong background in ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organization, and client management skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites throughout the regional territory.
- Must be able to work on-site; no hybrid or remote option available.
- Ideally located within 45 minutes of Portsmouth, NH.
