Job Description

Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, typically valued between $1M and $15M. Lead projects through the full project lifecycle from preconstruction handoff to closeout. Coordinate project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution activities. Communicate with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success. Monitor project costs, schedules, quality standards, and risk mitigation efforts. Oversee contract administration, change orders, project documentation, and reporting. Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to manage project information and communication. Conduct site visits and support project teams throughout New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and Northern Massachusetts. Collaborate closely with leadership and field teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Senior Project Manager should have: 10+ years of construction management experience. Proven experience managing commercial construction projects valued up to $15M. Strong background in ground-up commercial construction projects. Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, organization, and client management skills. Ability to travel to project sites throughout the regional territory. Must be able to work on-site; no hybrid or remote option available. Ideally located within 45 minutes of Portsmouth, NH.
