The general contractor is looking for a long term Senior Project Manager - Commercial Interiors to help sustain the growth of taking on numerous new projects, and sustain for future pipeline/growth as well. The Senior Project Manager - Commercial Interiors is a pivotal hire for the general contractor and will be a key piece in the development of the general contractor in New York, New York.
Job Description
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and design teams to align project goals.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks proactively.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Oversee compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
