Senior Project Manager - Commercial/Industrial Mechanical

Ready to run the big jobs? A well-established commercial/industrial mechanical contractor in the Twin Cities is adding a Senior Project Manager. They have a strong backlog and a reputation for doing it right.

What you'll do:

• Lead commercial and industrial mechanical projects from estimate through closeout
• Estimate new projects and price change orders
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules and billing
• Own project issues and decisions, following company policies and procedures
• Work closely with field leadership, owners, general contractors and engineers

What you bring:

• 10+ years leading construction or mechanical engineering projects, including estimating
• A bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred
• You're a self-starter who takes initiative, works independently and owns the outcome
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• You adapt to shifting priorities and still meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and scheduling software

Working conditions: The role combines office time (mostly desk and computer work, occasionally lifting 5-20 lb) with jobsite visits, which involve walking, climbing, crawling and high noise.

Compensation: Up to $140,000 base plus benefits.
