Job Description

Lead procurement, planning, and execution activities across large-scale construction projects. Partner with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure successful delivery. Manage schedules, budgets, change orders, project risks, and stakeholder communications. Facilitate daily coordination meetings and maintain alignment across multiple teams. Champion safety, collaboration, and accountability throughout the project life cycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or light industrial construction. Strong track record coordinating multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders. Experience with procurement, contract administration, and project controls. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Experience with mission-critical, healthcare, industrial, mechanical, or electrical projects preferred.
