Key responsibilities include:Leading the planning and execution of commercial and public-sector construction projectsManaging budgets, schedules, subcontractors and client relationships from award to completionOverseeing procurement, contract administration and change managementPartnering closely with superintendents to ensure site operations align with program and quality expectationsActing as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and repeat businessEnsuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements, including government standards where applicableSupporting and mentoring junior project managers as the business continues to scaleThe Successful ApplicantFor the Senior Project Manager role, we are seeking:8+ years of experience managing commercial construction projectsProven background delivering projects for municipal, state or public-sector clientsMunicipal construction experience is highly desirable but not essentialStrong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts and project profitabilityConfident leadership style with the ability to operate independently without micromanagementExcellent communication skills with clients, consultants and subcontractorsExperience working in a growing contractor environment where adaptability is keyWhat's on OfferBase salary of $130,000-$162,000Company vehicle provided100% employer-paid health insurance for employees and their familiesAttractive profit-sharing programme (ESOP)Direct access to senior leadership and decision-makersLong-term career progression with a contractor transitioning from a small-company feel to a mid-sized operation
