    Senior Project Manager
    Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Ideal Candidate
    Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline. Equivalent construction management experience may be considered.
    Must have 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience working directly for a medium to large commercial General Contractor.
    Must have extensive experience managing large, complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
    Must have strong experience in Project Management, Financial Management, Budgeting, Cost Forecasting, Change Orders, Risk Management, Scheduling, Procurement, and Contract Administration.
    Must have experience leading Owner, Architect, Contractor (OAC) meetings while coordinating subcontractors, consultants, vendors, field operations, and project teams.
    Must possess strong experience in Preconstruction, GMP development, Estimating, Bid Analysis, Buyout, Scope Review, and Business Development.
    Must have demonstrated success managing project profitability, developing project teams, and building long-term client relationships.
    Experience with CMiC, BIM, Scheduling Software, Lean Construction, and Commercial Project Controls is highly preferred.

    The Senior Project Manager provides overall leadership and accountability for complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
    This role is responsible for project execution, financial performance, scheduling, safety, quality, procurement, subcontractor management, client relationships, and overall project profitability. The successful candidate will lead project teams while collaborating with operations, estimating, preconstruction, field leadership, and executive management to ensure successful project delivery.

    Key Responsibilities
    Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
    Manage project financial performance, budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
    Develop and execute project business plans.
    Lead project safety initiatives and maintain an injury-free culture.
    Manage preconstruction activities including estimating, GMP development, scope review, and bid analysis.
    Lead subcontractor buyout, procurement, and contract administration.
    Coordinate Owners, Architects, Engineers, Consultants, Vendors, and Field Teams.
    Lead OAC meetings, progress meetings, and executive project reviews.
    Manage project schedules and identify schedule risks and mitigation plans.
    Prepare change orders, negotiate pricing, and manage contingency budgets.
    Oversee project documentation, QA/QC, and project compliance.
    Monitor project costs, margins, productivity, and financial reporting.
    Lead project closeout including punch lists, warranties, financial reconciliation, and turnover.
    Support business development and marketing initiatives.
    Mentor Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Managers.
    Foster Lean Construction, collaboration, diversity, and continuous improvement.

    Required Qualifications
    Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
    Minimum 10 years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience.
    Experience working directly for a medium to large Commercial General Contractor.

    Healthcare, Industrial, Manufacturing, Aviation, Federal, or Large Commercial project experience.
    Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    Strong client relationship and business development experience.
    Advanced scheduling software experience (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
