Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

An established commercial builder in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead its larger and more complex commercial projects. You'll own your jobs from preconstruction through closeout, mentor project teams, and be the go-to contact for owners and design partners.

What You'll Do

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own project budgets, schedules, buyout, contracts, and change orders
• Mentor and develop project managers, assistant PMs, and project engineers
• Partner with superintendents to keep every job safe, on schedule, and on budget
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
• Forecast costs accurately, manage risk, and report project status to leadership

What You Bring

• 8+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor
• A track record delivering ground-up commercial projects of $20M and up
• Strong command of contracts, cost control, and scheduling
• Experience leading and growing project teams
• Comfort with Procore, MS Project or P6, and Microsoft Office
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus
