We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee 2-3 commercial construction projects simultaneously, with project values ranging from $1M to $15M. This role offers full ownership of the project lifecycle, from estimator handoff through successful project completion, while working with a respected and relationship-driven construction team.

Description
- Lead construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to keep work on track.
- Oversee project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage project resources, including personnel and materials, efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate progress and updates to clients and senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- Manage 2-3 construction projects concurrently with values ranging from $1M to $15M.
- Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from preconstruction handoff through closeout.
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and subcontractor performance.
- Maintain communication with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project financials and ensure projects remain on budget and on schedule.
- Resolve project challenges proactively while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Oversee both ground-up construction and renovation projects across commercial markets.
- Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to manage project documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Travel to project sites throughout New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and Northern Massachusetts as required.
