Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

As the Senior Project Manager, you will provide overall leadership and strategic direction for major commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover.
- Lead large ground-up commercial construction projects from inception to completion
- Manage Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and project stakeholders
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost management, procurement, and contract administration
- Drive project planning and scheduling to ensure critical milestones are achieved
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead risk management, quality control, and safety initiatives across all project phases
- Support organizational growth through mentoring, team development, and operational excellence

For the Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction we are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience managing large-scale ground-up commercial construction projects
- Demonstrated success with full project financial ownership, including budgeting and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, project controls, and construction operations
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and mentoring junior staff
- Exceptional client-facing and relationship management skills
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
