Senior Project Manager Qualifications:

️ 8+ years of commercial construction experience, with a strong track record of successfully managing projects from preconstruction through completion
️ Proven experience overseeing budgets, contracts, estimating, scheduling, and project execution
️ Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
️ Experience managing client relationships and serving as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
️ Ability to identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality expectations
️ Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
️ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
