Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Michael Page is hiring for a role in the business services industry, based in Chicago.

Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals and expectations. Lead project teams and provide clear direction to ensure high-quality outcomes. Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions. Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
