Managing the overall delivery of industrial and commercial construction projects. Leading projects from preconstruction, estimating, and procurement through completion. Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Managing subcontractor procurement, contracts, change orders, and performance. Reviewing plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners. Identifying and mitigating project risks and resolving construction issues. Leading project meetings and maintaining strong client relationships. Monitoring project costs, billing, forecasting, and financial performance. Ensuring projects meet quality, safety, schedule, and contractual requirements. Mentoring and supporting Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other team members.

Proven experience delivering industrial construction projects. Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion. Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. Experience managing subcontractors and multiple project stakeholders. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining project performance. Proficiency with construction management software and standard project management tools. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
