    Position Overview
    A well-established and highly respected civil engineering firm is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Project Manager (Professional Engineer). This role is responsible for leading complex civil engineering projects from concept through construction while driving project success, client satisfaction, and team development. The position requires a balance of technical expertise and leadership.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead civil engineering design, permitting, and construction administration efforts
    • Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables
    • Perform and oversee hydraulic network analysis and system design
    • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
    • Develop proposals, scopes of work, and project budgets
    • Support business development and client relationship management
    • Delegate tasks while maintaining accountability for project outcomes
    • Mentor and develop junior engineering staff
    • Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance
    Project Experience May Include
    • Municipal-wide infrastructure assessments
    • High-end residential and mixed-use developments
    • Large-scale public infrastructure improvements
    • Stormwater management systems
    • Water and wastewater systems
    • Reclaimed water systems
    • Local roadway and streetscape design
    • Dry utility undergrounding
    Qualifications
    • Florida Registered Professional Engineer (PE) required
    • 6–10+ years of civil engineering experience
    • Strong knowledge of civil design, permitting, and construction processes
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word
    • Experience with hydraulic network analysis and design
    • Experience with budgeting, cost accounting, and scheduling
    • Construction management and administration experience
    • Ability to lead teams and deliver projects effectively
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills
    • Experience with proposal writing, scope development, and budgeting
    • Business development exposure preferred
