Job Description

Lead projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance. Coordinate subcontractor buyout, procurement, and contract administration. Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications. Work closely with field leadership to maintain project schedules and ensure quality execution. Manage owner, architect, consultant, and subcontractor relationships. Identify and mitigate project risks before they impact cost or schedule. Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders. Monitor project financials, forecasting, cost-to-complete, and profitability. Support business development and client relationship efforts where appropriate. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

Plan, execute, and oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders. Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management. Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
