Senior Project Manager

You will oversee and drive large-scale construction projects within the business services industry. This role involves managing all phases of project execution to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Description

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Lead project teams including Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants
• Manage subcontractor procurement, buyout, contracts, change orders, and performance
• Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks, schedule issues, and potential cost impacts
• Monitor project financial performance and provide regular reporting and forecasting
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive quality, safety, schedule adherence, and successful project closeout

Profile

• Proven experience managing ground-up and/or major renovation projects
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes from preconstruction through closeout
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance
• Strong subcontractor and vendor management skills
• Ability to develop and maintain client, architect, and consultant relationships
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, contracts, plans, and specifications
• Proficiency with construction project management software such as Procore
• Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
