Lead Commercial Construction ProjectsLead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of commercial construction projects ranging from approximately $1M to $40M. Manage project budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, subcontractor performance, and client relationships. Mentor and support a team of Project Managers, helping develop talent and strengthen project execution capabilities. Collaborate closely with senior leadership and fellow Senior Project Managers on operational and strategic initiatives. Oversee projects across education, civic, athletic, healthcare, correctional, industrial, and commercial sectors. Drive successful project outcomes within design-build, collaborative delivery, and negotiated project environments. Coordinate with Assistant Project Managers and field teams to ensure efficient project execution. Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
