Known for strong values, craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction, the company has built a reputation as a trusted industry leader.Job DescriptionThe Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for:Leading multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction planning through final completion and owner turnover.Managing project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution.Developing and maintaining schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls throughout the project lifecycle.Reviewing drawings, specifications, contracts, and project requirements to proactively identify risks and opportunities.Driving project performance related to safety, quality, schedule, and profitability goals.Overseeing change orders, project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.Facilitating communication between clients, architects, engineers, municipalities, and internal stakeholders.Mentoring and supporting junior Project Managers, helping develop their technical and leadership capabilities.Collaborating with leadership on design-build and negotiated projects, contributing to preconstruction and client relationship efforts.Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.The Successful ApplicantThe successful Senior Construction Project Manager will have:7+ years of commercial construction project management experience with progressively increasing responsibility.Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout.Experience leading and mentoring junior project management professionals.Strong background in education, civic, municipal, athletic, healthcare, correctional, commercial, or similar public-sector construction projects.Experience managing projects ranging from approximately $1M to $40M in value.Strong understanding of estimating, budgeting, forecasting, contract administration, and change order management.Proficiency with construction scheduling and project management software such as Primavera, MS Project, Procore, or similar platforms.Knowledge of design-build, negotiated, and collaborative project delivery methods.Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.What's on OfferThe Senior Construction Project Manager can expect:Base salary of $120,000-140,000Opportunity to work directly with executive leadership and influence company growth.Annual bonus potential of up to 15%.Strong promotion and career development opportunities within a growing organization.Focus on design-build and collaborative delivery projects that provide greater project involvement and client interaction.
