Description

Commercial Construction Project ManagerLead commercial construction projects from planning and mobilization through final completion. Direct on-site operations, schedules, budgets, quality initiatives, and safety performance. Manage subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery. Partner with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and exceptional project outcomes. Drive project execution while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, processes, and operational performance. Mentor field and project management personnel and contribute to the development of future leaders. Collaborate with leadership on project strategy, resource planning, and company initiatives. Ensure projects meet contractual obligations, budget objectives, schedule commitments, and company quality standards. Champion a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across project teams.Must-Have Qualifications: 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish. Proven success leading large-scale commercial projects with full responsibility for execution and delivery. Strong background in commercial construction; multifamily and residential-only experience will not be considered. Demonstrated history of stable employment and long-term career progression. Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results in both field and office environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization.Preferred Experience: Experience contributing to operational improvements, standard procedures, or company-wide initiatives. Track record of serving as a trusted advisor whose input is sought by senior leadership. Experience in markets such as industrial, tilt-wall, automotive, hospitality, or other large-scale commercial sectors.What's on Offer: Competitive compensation between $140K-$160K.
