Job Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will report to the Project Lead and oversee multiple work streams within a broader program of work. This role is responsible for driving strategy and execution from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with the overall work stream vision. The Senior Project Manager will lead direct and indirect resources across geographically dispersed locations, manage complex transitions and integrations, and deliver people, process, technology, and real estate components that support the end-state Target Operating Model for Finance. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, experienced in major change initiatives, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders at local and regional levels to drive objectives to successful completion with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support multiple work streams within a larger program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and overall work stream vision.
• Oversee successful transitions and integrations, coordinating activities across geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with key management colleagues and team members regarding project activities across regions and functions.
• Prioritize, plan, and manage multiple concurrent projects and programs, balancing scope, schedule, and resources.
• Select, develop, and utilize project implementation documentation, including implementation toolkits, migration schedules, and other supporting materials.
• Support project facilitation by identifying, escalating, and communicating risks and their potential impact on business initiatives to management.
• Design and create strategic project documents such as business cases, assessments, communication plans, and detailed project plans.
• Prepare and deliver project updates and presentations to senior-level management within Finance, providing clear status, risks, and recommendations.
• Provide strategic support and leadership in decision-making processes required to advance assigned programs and projects.
• Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making on key project issues, ensuring timely resolution and progress.
• Proactively follow and adhere to established project controls, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements for assigned projects.
• Identify and resolve project and program issues, manage deliverables, and implement mitigation strategies for identified risks.
• Ensure effective change control processes are in place and functioning across functions for assigned projects and programs.
• Maintain alignment of project activities with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role leading complex, multi-workstream programs.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering major change initiatives and large-scale projects from inception through completion.
• Experience managing direct and indirect resources across geographically dispersed locations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to interact and build relationships with senior stakeholders at local and regional levels.
• Expertise in project and program management methodologies, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and change control.
• Experience developing project business cases, assessments, communication plans, and detailed project plans.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior management.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive issues to resolution.
• Familiarity with project controls, governance, and compliance practices within a corporate or financial environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal oversight while driving accountability and results.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2) preferred.

Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
